Atiku is the solution to Nigeria’s problems- Taraba Elders

Taraba state elders has assured the PDP Presidential Candidate Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar of their support and votes in actualizing his dream to become the next President of the country.
Former Nigerian Ambassador to China Alhaji Idris Waziri made this promise unbehalf of elders of the state at the continuation of the Presidential rally of the PDP candidate held in Jalingo, the state capital.
Waziri who is also the Director General of Governor Darius Ishaku campaign organization described Wazirin Adamawa Atiku Abubakar as their political Godfather who brought the PDP to Taraba state in 1998 and since 1999, the party has been ruling the state.
According to him Atiku deserved the votes of the people of Taraba based on his struggle towards the success of the party not only in the state but the nation at large, and secondly for him “Atiku” being their nabour among other reasons.
Chairman of Jalingo local government Council Alhaji Abdulnasir Bobboji who spoke unbehalf of the youth in the state also assured the Presidential Candidate of their massive votes come 16th of this month.
In a welcome address at the rally, state PDP Chairman Mr. Victor Bala Kona promised to deliver the state for Atiku Abubakar to enable him become the President as well as Darius Ishaku as Governor for the second term in the state.
On his part, National Chairman of People’s Democratic Party PDP Prince Uche Sukondus warned INEC agaist act of rigging the fourth coming general elections, saying that if they refused to conduct a free, fair and credible election their will be unease in the country but if they exercise Justice, the nation will remain peaceful. He emphasized.
Sukondus however charged President Muhammadu Buhari to desist from using the Army in terrorizing some of the zones that have no cases of Boko Haram, while he challenged the Nigerian Army to pay more attention to tackling the Boko Haram insurgence in the Northeast.
Addressing the gathering, PDP Presidential Candidate and Waziri of Adamawa Alhaji Atiku Abubakar thanked the people of Taraba state for coming out in a large number to assured him of their support and votes on the 16th of this month, while he promised to ensure stability and completion of the Mambilla Hydro Power electric project in the state as soon as he got to the power.
Other areas he promised to focus on including addressing insecurity, job creation for the teaming unemployed youth, hannessing natural resources that the country is endowned with and boosting Agriculture as well as construction of the Federal roads across the nation among other things.
Alhaji Atiku Abubakar however warned security operatives to stay away from politics as according to him they have no business with the electoral processes, but their role is only to ensure law and order as well as to protect lives and property of Nigerians.
