CODE Press For Quick Construction Of A Clinic At Makera Community

The Nigeria’s most renowned advocate of rural community development through amplification of citizens’ voice (s), Connected Development (Borno state Chapter) has today the 9th of September,2018 pressed for urgent construction of an already started health care center at Makera community.
In a town hall meeting held in the early evening of today, the organization in its facilitating effort had in attendance and as host, the district Head of Makera, Representatives of the concerned ministry; Health and an agent of the involved contractor(s).
Speaking at the engagement exercise, the Borno state chapter lead of connected development Abubukar Sadiq Mu’azu explained clearly to the district Head and all participants how CODE is passionate about rural community development and its stern focus on seeing to the completion of any public projects in the state and beyond.
The district Head of Makera on behalf of his people expressed his sincere gratitude to the leadership of Connected Development and assured the organization that their presence for such timely intervention is always welcome and they should not hesitate to call his attention in times of grey situations.
From the side of the ministry of health, the representative exonerated the ministry from any perceived mischief purportedly done towards the delay in completion of the project.Thanking the chapter lead of CODE for facilitating the engagement,he expressed his happiness on the diplomacy employed by the organization while facilitating the process and as well urge CODE to continue in such wonderful fashion.
The contractor’s side of the story was that, a plan for completion of the project is already in progress and in no time the project will see the light of the day.
In conclusion, the Imam of the district prayed for Allah’s continuous support and guidance towards the cause.
